LSA Health, a leading recruitment agency serving all sectors of healthcare-including NDIS providers, aged care facilities, community care, disability services, mental health services, government health, and hospitals across Australia-is currently offering casual Support Worker positions in both the Northern and Southern suburbs of Brisbane.
About the Role
We are seeking committed Support Workers to provide personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, and community access for our clients. This role involves delivering day services and visiting multiple clients in their homes.
You will be compensated for full shifts, including travel time, and receive a kilometre allowance for travel between client locations. Shifts are scheduled five days a week, Monday to Friday.
To succeed in this role, you must be available for at least three shifts per week and have reliable transportation for travel between client sites. We offer competitive pay, including compensation for travel time and a kilometre allowance.
About you
- Experience in aged care or holding a Certificate III in Individual Support/ Disability/Aged Care.
- Be eligible to work in Australia.
- Current "C" class Qld driver's license
- A roadworthy, registered, and insured vehicle
- Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current National Police check
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Covid 19 Vaccination
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate "Quality, Safety and You"
