Job description

Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the team at their Mulgrave location. In this office-based role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including managing emails, phone calls, assisting with invoicing and sales, and addressing all customer and client-related matters. This position offers a dynamic environment where excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential. Hours for this role are - Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including emails and phone calls.
  • Assist with invoicing and sales processes.
  • Manage customer and client inquiries both in person and over the phone.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills with previous experience in a similar role.
  • Preferred experience in customer service or administration.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with customers and clients.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable transport required.
