They're on the lookout for a dedicated Maintenance Fitter to become an essential part of their team in a rewarding, long-term role.

In this position, you'll enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule, averaging 40 hours a week in a dynamic workshop environment. You'll play a crucial role in the service and maintenance of cutting-edge filling systems, DA production systems, cylinder assets, and more-keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure safety and quality exceed expectations.
- Implement global initiatives, enhancing processes and team capabilities for outstanding service delivery.
- Drive maintenance efficiency's to achieve targets for cost and service excellence.
What You Bring:
- A Mechanical Fitter Trade Certificate with Australian-recognised qualifications.
- Desirable certifications: Confined Space, Working at Heights, and Forklift Licence.
- Experience in the gas industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with compressors, pumps, and high-pressure gas systems.
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
- Knowledge of Australian standards and codes of practice.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
