About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Scheduler to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a scheduling, planning, or coordination role, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing setting. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our maintenance operations and ensure efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed schedules for all maintenance activities using SAP.
- Create and manage work orders in SAP, ensuring accurate data entry for resource allocation, job priority, and equipment specifications.
- Collaborate with maintenance team leads, production supervisors, and engineers to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- Support and work closely with the maintenance crew and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Scheduler or Planner.
- Extensive experience using SAP, specifically in the Plant Maintenance (PM) module.
- Strong background in managing work orders and scheduling within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
