Are you a hands-on individual with experience in maintenance?
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Maintenance Team Member to join our team in Mildura. This role involves working closely with our Production and Maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of our site. You will assist with breakdown repairs, preventative maintenance, and improvements to equipment, helping maintain plant performance while adhering to safety standards.
This role requires Monday to Friday availability, early morning starts, and occasional weekend work as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance on all site equipment
- Ensure equipment is operational to meet production requirements
- Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns
- Support the installation of new equipment as needed
- Monitor equipment performance and assist in improvements
- Work alongside specialised contractors to ensure smooth operations
Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in maintenance or a similar field
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive and reliable work ethic
- Forklift licence (highly regarded, but not essential)
