What You'll Be Doing:
π Lead and inspire production teams, including QA engineers and crane operators, to deliver high-quality precast products on time and on budget.
π Be the go-to leader in ensuring that safety, quality, and efficiency are top priorities while maintaining compliance with WHS, ISO, and Australian standards.
π Plan and monitor daily production workflows to maximise efficiency, overcome challenges, and keep operations running smoothly.
π Perform critical post-pour QA checks and enforce safety protocols while maintaining high standards of quality control.
π Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction strategies to optimise production and boost company performance.
π Shape the future of the business by helping to refine and improve our Business Management System (BMS) for peak performance.
What We Need from You:
β White Card & Driver's License (essential)
β Gantry Crane Operator certification (essential)
β Proven experience in a Foreman or supervisory role within the precast industry
β A strong understanding of production workflows, quality control, and ISO & Australian standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, AS3600 & AS3610)
β Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a diverse team, including QA engineers and crane operators
