We are seeking a Process Operator with a LF licence to join our team. This role requires an individual who is experienced in operating forklifts and is physically fit to manually fill gas bottles. The position offers a rotating rosters of day and afternoon shifts, and you will be part of a dynamic team focused on safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to load and unload trucks and move materials within the warehouse.
Manual Gas Bottle Filling: Physically fill gas bottles with accuracy and attention to safety.
Monitoring & Storing Gas Products: Ensure correct monitoring, storing, and handling of different gas products.
General Warehouse Duties: Assist in maintaining warehouse operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Safety Adherence: Always adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications:

Forklift License: A valid forklift license is essential for this position.
Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit as manual gas bottle filling is part of the role.
Experience: Proven experience as a forklift operator (FLT experience) and in manual handling tasks.
Team Player: A strong emphasis on safety and working within a team.
Reliability: Dependable with a strong commitment to safety and workplace integrity.
Ability to Learn: Willingness and ability to learn new skills and participate in continuous training.
Location Requirement: Must live within 25 minutes of the site to accommodate shift times and travel considerations (important in Sydney due to traffic issues).

Working Hours:

Rotating Shifts include the below
- Day Shift $36 ph (5:00 AM to 1:45 PM)
- Afternoon Shift $41.40 ph (1:30 PM to 10:00 PM)
