Job description

Role Overview
As an Electrician, you'll be instrumental in installing, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for smart home systems. You'll work closely with customers and help them with warranty concerns, provide quotes, and deliver outstanding service. Key Duties

  • Install, configure & troubleshoot MyPlace smart home systems
  • Resolve warranty concerns, provide quotes, and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist with warehouse operations and support your team
  • Engage in a 12-week structured training program covering manufacturing, customer service, and technical support
  • Opportunities to explore leadership, sales, and marketing as part of your development
  • Travel with a company vehicle to the South Gold Coast, Toowoomba, and North Sunshine Coast

Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Electrician with relevant industry experience (smart home experience preferred but not required)
  • Experience in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems (especially smart home automation or residential electrical work)
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to professionally resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Experience in quoting, warranty servicing, and technical support within electrical or automation settings
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance team environment, and adapt to varied tasks such as installation, support, and warehouse assistance
