Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Storeperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, stock control, and preparing electrical equipment for dispatch. You will also operate a forklift and perform loading/unloading tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 5-6 years of relevant experience looking to grow within a stable, long-term team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse inventory and ensure accurate stock control.
- Prepare electrical equipment for dispatch and ensure all orders are fulfilled.
- Operate the forklift to load and unload stock.
- Maintain high-volume computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and internal systems for managing orders.
- Ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 5-6 years in a similar storeperson/warehouse role.
- Licenses/Qualifications: Valid driver's license & Forklift ticket.
- Strong computer skills, especially in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
