Are you a passionate and experienced tradesperson with a knack for teaching? Do you hold multiple Cert III qualifications in Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Bricklaying, and/or Painting & Decorating? Here's a unique opportunity to take your career international!

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Qualified Trainer to deliver nationally recognised training packages in Dubai, UAE. You'll play a key role in shaping the next generation of trades professionals.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver engaging classroom, workshop, and on-site learning sessions using face-to-face, blended, and online methods.
• Conduct competency-based assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop and update training resources aligned with industry practices and regulations.
• Support apprentices and trainees in the workplace.
• Liaise with employers to ensure learners meet expectations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure training standards are met.
• Mentor and support students throughout their learning journey.
• Identify and support learners needing additional assistance.

What You'll Need:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122).
• Multiple industry Cert III qualifications in Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Bricklaying, and/or Painting & Decorating (highly regarded).
• 3-5 years of qualified experience in one or more of the listed trades.
• Supervisory or leadership experience (mentoring apprentices a plus).
• Experience delivering training and assessments (RTO/apprenticeship preferred).
• Ability to design and deliver theoretical and practical training.
• Strong communication, patience, adaptability, mentorship, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Passion for your trade and commitment to ongoing learning.
• Preparedness for a diverse team and respect for different customs.
• Ability to meet the UAE's work visa requirements.
