Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Contract Duration: 12 months
Location: Pemulwuy
Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: $38.75 per hour
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Coordinators to join our team on a 12-month contract. This role involves coordinating logistics operations in compliance with jurisdictional rules and company policies. You will play a key part in managing outgoing and incoming shipments, handling reverse logistics, liaising with suppliers, and assisting in international logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate outgoing shipments according to jurisdictional rules, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage reverse logistics in line with jurisdictional rules for trade in gaming machines and spare parts.
- Oversee record-keeping processes and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate both incoming and outgoing service logistics shipments.
- Process tax invoices from freight companies and suppliers.
- Handle shipments to and from freight forwarders' storage facilities.
- Assist in managing international export and import shipments.
- Work closely with freight forwarders to track shipments and support customer inquiries.
- Provide support to internal departments, especially regarding financial activities and logistics.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing and logistics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Excel.
- Basic experience in Microsoft Outlook.
- Exceptional communication and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude with a customer service-focused mindset.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
