Sales Representative/Warehouse Operative

Our client is Australia's leading gas and welding equipment specialist. Offering gasses, welders, and welding supplied, PPE, workplace safety and industrial equipment.

We are seeking a Sales Representative/Warehouse Operative with full training supplied to assist customer sales, customer enquiries, inventory management and warehouse duties as required for a busy industrial store supplying to both commercial and private sector. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to load customer vehicles. This is not essential. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Customer Service: Meeting and greeting customers and addressing enquiries in a timely manner. with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Internal Sales: Processing sales within the store
• Inventory Control: restock and stock take.
• General Warehouse Duties: Assist in maintaining warehouse operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Safety Adherence: Always adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Teamwork: work cohesively as part of a team

Required Qualifications:

• Forklift License: A valid forklift license ideal, but can be obtained for the right candidate.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit as loading of stock into customer vehicles.
• Team Player: A strong emphasis on safety and working within a team.
• Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to safety and workplace integrity.
• Ability to Learn: Willingness and ability to learn new skills and participate in continuous training.
• Location Requirement: Must reside in Kalgoorlie/Boulder. This is not a FIFO job.
• Working Hours: 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday $40.60/hour
• Drivers Licence: Unrestricted Drivers Licence
