Labour solutions Australia have seeking a Service Administrator to join the worlds number one forklift brand in Gepps Cross.
Role Duties:
Enter and update new machine order details in the database and order sublet components per provided quotes and sales department requirements.
Manage and update databases in line with machine movements and shipping ETAs.
Coordinate supplier product delivery times to suit changes in machine ETAs and movements.
Accurately identify machines upon arrival and liaise with internal and external transport personnel regarding movements.
Accurately identify sublet products upon arrival.
Keep records, manage, and stocktake buffer stock as requested.
Process supplier invoices, match them to purchase orders, and present them for approval before processing.
Be familiar with the Toyota Material Handling Australia's Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring all policies and procedures are implemented within the Service activity and updated as needed.
Initiate purchase orders for the Service Department as requested.
Process pre-delivery and workshop job cards accurately and promptly, ensuring that details input are clear and understandable.
Perform some duties of the Service Supervisor when required.
Perform other duties as requested by the Service Manager as customer requirements and demands change with business growth.
Assist with any special projects as required from time to time.
Standard Working Hours/Days:
Flexible start and finish times
7.6 hours per day, 38-hour week (day shift)
Experience/Attributes Required:
Experience in working within an industrial service sector, such as the materials handling industry or similar.
Previous experience with system M3.
Excellent organisational skills.
Intermediate computer skills - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong customer service skills and attitude.
Great telephone etiquette.
