Role Overview
As a Service Technician, you'll be the hands-on expert for our innovative MyPlace smart home systems. You'll provide seamless installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our customers, ensuring their experience is smooth and smart.
Key Duties
- Conduct on-site visits to install, maintain & troubleshoot MyPlace smart home systems
- Resolve warranty issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide remote assistance to customers, helping them understand and optimise their systems
- Assist with sales efforts, offer quotes, and recommend smart solutions
- Participate in a 10-12 week training program to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills
Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
Salary: $75,000 per year
What We're Looking For
- Experience in air conditioning, refrigeration, or customer-facing roles
- Trade qualifications are a bonus, but not required
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
