Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender Management: Monitor tenders across various platforms, analyse requirements, validate tenders with the project committee, and develop winning strategies.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and submit compliant, competitive, and tailored tender documents that align with company goals.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work with internal teams (sales, legal, finance, technical) to gather required information and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks in submissions and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, analyse competitors, and use market insights to improve bidding strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance the company's success rate and reputation.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in tender/bid management, business development, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field is desirable
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to assess risks and find strategies for mitigation.

Work Environment:
