Our client supplies Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) for residential, commercial and light industrial customers in Australia and New Zealand.
Providing safe, sustainable and innovative energy solutions that power more than 350,000 homes and businesses across a variety of applications and Industry sectors.
Location: - Dubbo, NSW
Competitive Rates: $100k/annum, plus vehicle, phone, laptop & superannuation
Permanent role
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Be responsible for budgeted sales, service charges and customer growth targets
- Annual budget with Profit & Loss accountability
- Management of costs within Customer Centre Budget
- Development and Implementation of annual training plan for staff
- Recruit, lead, retain and development of a motivated team
- Manage and supervise team, including Performance Management
- Assist Regional Transport Manager
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong Customer Service and Sound Business Acumen
- Experience with the Transport & Operations Industry will be highly regarded
- Minimum of 2 years solid experience with managing direct reports
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Will be required to travel between Dubbo and Orange Centres
- Current valid Driver's Licence with Clean Driving History to be provided prior to Interview.
- Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening
- Must be able to present a clean National Police Clearance
- Must live local to Dubbo, NSW
