Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Order picking and yard hand work
- Customer service with counter sales
- Creating a professional customer environment
- Manage stock
- Follow up and action customer queries
- Identify sales opportunities with current customer base
- Promote new offers to customers
- Comply with safety standards
- Participate in regular training sessions
- Maintain a clean and friendly work environment
To be successful in this role
- Customer service experience
- Strong selling skills
- Experience with Microsoft office
- Proven customer relationship management skills
- Time management skills
- Reliable transport to and from work
- Friendly and can-do attitude
- Minimum 1 year experience in a sales role
